Sber sells Okko, Zvuk, SberCloud, Evotor, Speech Technology Center

MOSCOW, May 20 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Sber has sold online cinema Okko, music service Zvuk, cloud provider SberCloud, online cash register maker Evotor, and Speech Technology Center, according to the state register of companies seen by PRIME late on Thursday.

The information about participants of the assets was changed on Tuesday–Thursday, the register read.

“Under the strategy update, Sber is revising its shareholder participation in some assets. At the moment, Sber is not a shareholder of Okko, Zvuk, SberCloud, Evotor, and Speech Technology Center. The deal was made under market conditions,” Sber said.

Sber also said that it will keep partnership relations with the mentioned companies and continue joint marketing and operating activities.
